THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns. This is for 2 reasons:-

- Hygiene, these are personal items and are worn by an individual and we cannot run the risk of cross infection. Would you return a pair of knickers to Asda? And if you knew Asda would accept personal items back, would you even purchase from them in the first place!?

- Customisation, as each item is a one off and items are customised for each person we simply cannot take them back 

​

However, in the unlikely event that goods are damaged on receipt or delivery, please contact us immediately with your name, telephone number, any order references and damage caused. We will rectify such instances on a case by case basis and to your satisfaction. In the event that you receive faulty goods, or goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will again endeavour to rectify this to your satisfaction. Damaged or faulty goods after 30 days cannot be returned, refunded or replaced.

We sometimes recycle or upcycle materials. Wherever these are used they are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised under UV lighting and hospital grade sanitizing solution. We only recycle beads and crystals and NEVER reuse metallic findings or items made for piercings.
