Can I ship my order internationally?

Yes. We do ship to UK, Europe and the rest of the world. Unfortunately, we do not have a set price for each country as this will vary depending on your order. Please contact us with a rough idea as to what you may order and your address details and we will find the best and cheapest service for you

What is your return policy?

Returns cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons under the usual 7 day cancellation period. However, please contact us anyway and we will deal with each return on a case by case basis

What is your jewellry made from?

All our jewellry is made from metal alloy and are all gold and silver plated or stainless steel. We do not sell anything with nickel or zinc compounds. All jewellry, unless otherwise stated is costume jewellry. Anywhere that we use swarovski crystals this will be specified in the listing

An item is showing as out of stock that I want to purchase?

We are Unique Liverpool Bling. We want everyone to feel special and unique, we only make  1 of each item and these are past orders that have been fulfilled. However, a personalised version made exclusivly for you to your taste and personality is what we do!
